  • Terms & Conditions

    • Voucher Validity:

      • This voucher is valid for redemption at any 2025 Tour and Tasting event.
      • Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable.

    • Booking Requirements:

      • Advance booking is required to redeem this voucher.
      • Bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by our team.

    • Picnic Add-ons:

      • If adding a picnic to your tour, redemption must be completed at least 3 days prior to the event to ensure food preparation.
      • If a picnic has been ordered and the event is canceled or rescheduled by the guest, the picnic portion of the voucher will be void and non-refundable.

    • Cancellation Policy:

      • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the booked event. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the voucher.

    • Event Availability:

      • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will accommodate a new booking date.

    • Age Restrictions:

      • Participants must meet the minimum age requirement for alcohol tasting (as per local law). Valid ID may be required upon arrival.
